Overview

As a System Coordinator in Production, you are the central link between production and various departments. You manage and optimize IT systems that support the production process and ensure smooth communication between departments. Your goal? To increase efficiency and productivity at the site.

In Short

• Ensure data integrity and error-free data transfer
• Support the introduction and maintenance of new software systems for production optimization
• Analyze production data and create reports and dashboards for management
• Identify bottlenecks early and develop sustainable solutions
• Develop optimization proposals and present them to management (e.g., cost-benefit analyses, KPIs)
• Coordinate system tests and conduct training for employees on new systems and technologies

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or IT-related field or a degree in engineering (or comparable)
• Experience in the food industry or similar industries
• Basic knowledge in data analysis and system optimization
• Proficient in handling IT systems and computers
• Structured and solution-oriented work, even under time pressure
• Fluent in German and English; Turkish knowledge is a plus
