Overview

We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Elmshorn!

In Short

• You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on building technology and systems.
• Regular maintenance work and checking safety-relevant facilities are also part of your tasks.
• You take on manual work, e.g. in building and sanitary technology.
• The coordination and monitoring of external service providers for repair and maintenance work is your responsibility.
• You take care of general facility tasks to keep our premises in perfect condition.

Requirements

• You have completed training in a skilled trade, e.g. as a mechanic or a comparable qualification.
• You bring professional experience in the craft or ideally in building and system technology.
• Knowledge and practical experience in maintenance and building technology are advantageous.
• Responsibility, flexibility, and a solution-oriented working style characterize you.
• You speak fluent German; English skills are desirable to read machine-related documents and occasionally communicate with international service technicians.
