Junior E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Junior E-Commerce Manager at ESN, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our webshop, working closely with creative and operational teams to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

In Short

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the international online shop.
• Prepare and implement weekly shop promotions and discount logics.
• Plan and coordinate graphics and text uploads for content management.
• Prepare product detail and category pages for launch products.
• Analyze stock reports and monitor product availability.
• Manage the membershop for influencers and employees.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and appealing content.
• Work independently and structured with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with different departments.
• Fluent in German and English, with additional languages as a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in webshop management or E-Commerce.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Proficient in common office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Knowledge of Dutch or Spanish is an advantage.
