Market Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

Townsquare Media is looking for a Market Engineering Manager to oversee our multi-station broadcast radio facility.

In Short

• Manage activities for a goal of 100% uptime of station on-air and streaming products
• Ensure compliance with all Company Engineering and Information Technology practices
• Interface with Senior Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President, Information Technology
• Inspect, repair, and maintain all broadcast radio station equipment
• Experience with AM Directional antennas and AoIP systems preferred
• Ensure EAS systems logging compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain personal computers, servers, and printers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and networking concepts
• Ability to work with programming and other staff
• Work after hours and weekends as required

Requirements

• Technical training school or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment
• Close visual acuity for data analysis and inspection
• Ability to follow instructions in various formats
• Certification in SBE or computer-related fields is helpful
