To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing efforts across the globe. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will create and optimize PPC campaigns, help lead our SEO efforts, and drive key projects forward across the team. This role will support our global partner network and the US Public Sector direct sales team, and will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing.

In Short

• Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation.
• Collaborate with leadership, Sales, and Community teams.
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Create and manage landing pages using HubSpot.
• Serve as the liaison between Totara and 3rd party partnerships.
• Help manage Totara’s global website.
• Track campaign performance and key metrics.
• Partner with the Sales Team to optimize conversion rates.
• Manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics.
• Work with Marketing Operations to enhance lead qualification processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in digital media buying, including paid social.
• WordPress and HubSpot experience.
• SEO and Google Tag Manager experience.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Go-getter personality and strong project management skills.
• Enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
