Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns and traffic acquisition strategies in the iGaming sector.

• Coordinate work with teams across Product, Analytics, Design & Content, and CRM.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Develop ideas to improve traffic acquisition performance.
• Run A/B tests and analyze key metrics continuously.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Proven experience in iGaming or gambling-related marketing.
• Understanding of key performance metrics like ROI and CTR.
• Confident Excel user with knowledge of analytics tools.
• Strong task management and coordination skills.
• Nice to have experience with EU markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming or a strong understanding of gambling-related marketing.
• Understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, GGR/NGR, CPM, CPC, CR, CTR, and others.
• Confident Excel user, familiar with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong task management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Experience working with EU markets is a plus.
• Background in driving high-traffic volume from multiple channels and sources.
