In Short

• Provide virtual individual cognitive assessment & care plan services.
• Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals.
• Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results.
• Work in compliance with Medicare billing requirements for cognitive assessment services.
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health records system (EHR).

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physician (MD or DO).
• Proven experience working with older adults with cognitive impairment concerns.
• Strong understanding of Medicare billing requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
