In Short

• Own end-to-end financial operations, including bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ensuring accurate billing and collections.
• Monitor and manage costs across the business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Identify and manage grants and subsidies.
• Support fundraising and structured financing efforts.
• Improve and document financial processes and controls.
• Partner with teams to translate financial data into insights.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
