In Short

• Lead the development, deployment, and management of POC labs demonstrating SOAR platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to design scalable SOAR solutions and SOC frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise on automation strategies for security incident response.
• Oversee POC labs for customer demonstrations and testing environments.
• Collaborate with sales engineers to streamline technical workflows.
• Work with marketing to plan technical field events and webinars.
• Design metrics to evaluate sales engineering operations efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation within workflows.
• Partner with marketing to develop technical materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or SOC architecture.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying SOAR platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing technical labs and POC environments.
• Strong knowledge of sales engineering processes and customer engagement.
