Warehouse Accounting Clerk - Remote

Overview

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Warehouse Accounting Clerk who will manage various accounting tasks related to warehouse operations, contributing to the efficiency of the workflow.

In Short

• Manage purchase orders and service contracts.
• Handle supplier data entry.
• Oversee the flow of supplier invoices through the company management system.
• Control authorizations and accounting registration (Import export).
• Ensure invoice matching and payment conditions are accurately recorded.
• Provide customer assistance and process related requests.
• Assist in procedures and workflows within the unit.
• Contribute to teamwork within and across units.
• Perform any other activities related to the area of expertise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
• Registered in protected categories according to law 68/99.
• Physically fit for the functions related to the position.
