In Short

  • Lead the establishment and growth of a national TDM practice.

  • Work in a hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week.
  • Target salary range: $130,000 to $150,000.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in transportation industry, with focus on TDM.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in urban planning or related field.
  • 3+ years managing teams, 5+ years in project management.
  • Experience in developing TDM programs at various levels.
  • Understanding of strategies to shift travel behavior.
  • Experience in proposal writing and business development.
  • Ability to build relationships across disciplines.
