Requirements

• A Professional Engineering license in MI.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• At least 15 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in project and design management roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
