This is a massive opportunity to shape and scale a transformative product. As the General Manager for ProcurementWorks, you will drive product development, delivery, and implementation, working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise procurement teams.

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for ProcurementWorks.
• Collaborate with procurement leaders and customers to develop detailed workflows and user stories.
• Oversee the successful delivery and implementation of ProcurementWorks for enterprise customers.
• Establish scalable processes and frameworks to streamline delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customer success and implementation teams.
• Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to align on positioning and messaging.
• Partner with consulting partners to enhance implementation services.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize platform-level features.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and delivery specialists.
• Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, enterprise SaaS, or consulting.
• Background in procurement technology or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing workflows and product requirements.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise software products.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
