• Oversee a dynamic team of Mortgage Loan Processors.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in loan applications.

• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Train team on customer service skills.
• Collaborate with product development team.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the mortgage lending process.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer experience.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for process improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
• 1-2 years of experience managing a mortgage loan processing team.
• Experience with Byte Pro or Encompass software preferred.
