Senior Supply Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Supply manager organizes the work of the supply team (Supply managers, QA experts, and experts) within the delivery team's projects. The SSM acts as the representative of the supply team in delivery team meetings. The SSM ensures an adequate level of supply and the achievement of a sufficient level of quality in the final results of their delivery team's projects.

• Understand, calculate and track delivery team’s demand for Experts.
• Plan and Approve the timelines for preparing the supply team.
• Ensure the delivery plan is met for all projects.
• Identify and resolve issues, predict and minimize risks.
• Act as the representative of the supply team in delivery team meetings.
• Define the requirements from the supply team for the pipeline.
• Initiate improvements to the processes and tools for supply managers.
• Create a comfortable working environment within the supply management team.

Requirements

• Existing experience in team management.
• Very strong professional communication skills.
• Experience of communication with B2B Big tech clients.
• Good Business English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience working in a technical environment.
• Able to demonstrate successful completion of several fast moving time sensitive projects.
• Good track record of analysing and solving problems effectively.
• Positive ‘get stuff done’ attitude.
