Junior Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

tolingo is one of the largest and most successful translation agencies in Germany. Since 2007, we have been supporting medium-sized companies and large corporations in succeeding in foreign languages. With around 50 employees at our Hamburg location, we create impactful translations for our clients every day.

For our next growth steps, we are looking for employees who are eager to actively contribute in a motivated and ambitious environment and help shape tolingo further.

In Short

• Create project offers and advise clients in close collaboration with project management
• Be the first point of contact for our existing clients, support them, and continuously build the relationship
• Actively conduct sales campaigns with existing and new clients
• Ensure the currency of all client data in our CRM
• Independently monitor your sales activities and evaluate client potential
• Monitor compliance with delivery deadlines and handle complaints

Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in business or comparable training
• First professional experience in B2B sales and customer communication, ideally in the translation industry and/or in the sales of complex products and services
• Ambitious, service-oriented, and performance-oriented personality
• Proficiency in both German and English at C2 level
• Enjoy working in a demanding environment and shaping tolingo
