Information Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be part of the Info Sec team, collaborating closely with the Info Sec Architect and other team members to enhance the security posture of a cloud-based platform.

In Short

• Develop threat models for a cloud-based distributed compute platform.
• Conduct security audits of AWS features and Kubernetes services.
• Perform vulnerability analysis on applications written in Java, JavaScript, Go, and Python.
• Conduct threat-based penetration tests against the platform.
• Implement and assess SIEM and IDS rules based on security frameworks.
• Conduct risk analysis of new tools and services.
• Document best practices for information security.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001 and PCI DSS is required.
• Experience with AI and ML applications is a plus.
• Conduct code security reviews as part of the role.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Java and JavaScript; Go and Python experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Elastic Kubernetes Service or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
• Understanding of RDBMS applications and data warehouses.
• Experience with dynamic threat modeling tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS 4.0, and DORA.
• Experience in penetration testing from various perspectives.
• Ability to document security frameworks and best practices.
