We are seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to serve as the operational backbone of our rapidly scaling crypto-native organization. This hands-on role requires an exceptional operator who can establish and enforce disciplined cadence across our diverse technical and financial teams.

• Participate in quarterly deep-dive sessions.
• Compensation in equity and tokens only.

• Evidence of shipped products and KPI ownership.
• Strong meeting cadence and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain outside-activity approval.
