Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or related field.
• Active participant in the blockchain ecosystem with hands-on experience.
• Proven on-chain experience and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of user research methodologies and design principles.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate user insights.
