Founding Senior Software Engineer - Remote

In Short

• End-to-End AI development: Conceptualizing, implementing, and deploying central AI systems that drive our product.
• Technical responsibility: Designing technical architecture and making important decisions regarding infrastructure, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaboration with founders: Close alignment with the founding team to connect technical priorities with product and business strategy.
• Scalability & reliability: Ensuring that systems are scalable, compliant, and performant in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development in production (ideally Python, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Docker, Azure).
• Expertise in AI engineering (e.g., Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Data Pipelines).
• Experience with cloud-native development and architecture.
• Ability to design architectures and bring complex code into production.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Willingness to take responsibility, bring things from 0 → 1, and make pragmatic decisions.
• At least B2 German language skills.
