Staff Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and expanding Zuora subscription billing and payment solutions and will bring a solid understanding of the Zuora Billing application and APIs, as well as experience integrating Zuora with other systems.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements related to Zuora Subscription Billing and Payment.
• Develop and configure Zuora’s Product Catalog, including rate plans and pricing models.
• Ensure the security and integrity of Zuora’s environment.
• Experience with customizing Zuora using the Zuora API and ZOQL.
• Design and implement payment solutions using various payment methods.
• Understand Payment Gateways and country-specific requirements.
• Configure and manage notifications within Zuora.
• Customize and design invoice templates in Zuora.
• Provide guidance on billing processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with Zuora development, including Product Catalog and workflows.
• Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience in data analysis and migration.
• Lead and implemented Zuora Billing for 1 or more companies.
• 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
