In Short

• Advise business stakeholders on financial laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
• Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to design and implement financial products.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with financial institutions and service providers.
• Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions regarding financial products.
• Review advertising materials for compliance with laws and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent.
• 6+ years of legal experience in financial products and services.
• Experience in negotiations and drafting commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expertise in commercial credit, banking products, and alternative payment methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
