Overview

As a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant, you will work with banks and credit unions to deliver actionable analytics, automated reporting, and performance insights, helping clients improve operational efficiency and member experience.

• Partner with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions
• Support pre-sales by translating client requirements into solution proposals
• Assist in scoping and building SOWs for reporting needs
• Collaborate with teams to enhance analytics solutions
• Drive client adoption through best practices in data and reporting
• 5–7+ years of experience in banking or analytics required
• Strong experience with operational KPIs

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SQL and workflow automation experience preferred
• Exposure to cloud data platforms preferred
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
