Overview

As a Client Coordinator III working for Taylor Morrison Home Funding, Inc., you will manage a residential mortgage loan pipeline from loan submission through underwriting approval, ensuring a timely and compliant flow of loans into closing.

• Manage a residential mortgage loan pipeline.

• Process Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Prepare and deliver the Customer Commitment Letter.

Requirements

• Minimum two years related experience required; four years preferred.
• Proficient in processing Conventional loans and government loans.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to manage key timeframes effectively.
• High level of integrity and moral character.
• Proficiency in USDA loans preferred.
• Ability to structure and restructure loans.
• Ability to calculate borrower’s income.
• Experience with FHA Connection and VA Portal.
• Technical competence with communication tools and Microsoft Suite.
