Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

As a Data Scientist at TLC, you will contribute to the development of scalable data products and AI-powered solutions, playing a key role in our AI pilot initiatives.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver data products and AI pilot use cases.
• Conduct data analysis to extract insights that inform product decisions and business strategies.
• Build and maintain predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and decision-support tools.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring, customer behaviour analysis, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accessibility, and utility.
• Support project planning, timeline estimation, and reporting for data initiatives.
• Promote best practices in data science, data governance, and ethical AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, data science, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data modelling.
• Experience with BI tools, particularly ThoughtSpot.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern data platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
