Overview

Tines is seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to strengthen our compliance strategy and execution during a pivotal growth phase.

In Short

• Assist in FedRAMP certification efforts including gap analysis and documentation.
• Maintain SOC 2 compliance through evidence collection and audit coordination.
• Establish a vendor risk assessment program before acquisition.
• Conduct thorough risk analyses for systems and processes.
• Leverage automation capabilities to streamline compliance processes.
• Respond to customer security inquiries and maintain Trust Center documentation.
• Review and develop security policies aligned with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
• Review contracts for security and compliance requirements.
• Stay current with evolving compliance standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT compliance or risk management.
• Experience with FedRAMP certification processes.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 compliance.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Experience in vendor security assessments.
• Strong understanding of information security principles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
