Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of one of the most international teams at TIMOCOM, providing support primarily in Serbian/Croatian language.

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in Serbian/Croatian via phone and email.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in Serbian/Croatian, with very good English and good German skills.
• Ideally, have secure knowledge of the Cyrillic script.
• Reliability, customer orientation, and a friendly demeanor on the phone.
