Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

TimelyCare is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the successful delivery of innovative telehealth and well-being solutions for college students. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure that product enhancements and features are delivered on time, meet user needs, and align with business goals.

In Short

• Support Product Strategy & Roadmap by collaborating with product leadership.
• Own Delivery Execution by translating product requirements into actionable plans.
• Drive Cross-Functional Coordination to ensure successful execution and timely launches.
• Manage Agile Product Development through sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Define and Prioritize Work by writing user stories and balancing feature requests.
• Ensure Product Quality & Readiness by partnering with QA and release teams.
• Support Go-To-Market Activities with marketing and customer success teams.
• Collect and Act on Feedback from users and data analytics.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance with HIPAA and FERPA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare products.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Deep understanding of agile development and backlog management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to define user stories and functional requirements clearly.
• Empathy for users with a focus on seamless digital experiences.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FERPA standards is preferred.
• Experience with mobile and web-based applications is a plus.
• Basic understanding of analytics platforms for data-driven delivery.
