Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

TimelyCare is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team and provide forward-looking financial insights, drive business strategy, and help inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.

In Short

• Perform financial analysis duties including generating and evaluating key financial data and metrics.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Contribute to regular reporting for executive and leadership teams.
• Pull, scrub, and structure data from multiple systems for analysis.
• Assist in maintaining the long-range plan for growth strategy.
• Partner with other departments for operational reporting and analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of the company budget and forecasting processes.
• Champion the integration of AI and automation tools for reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data science tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking and clear communication of insights.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Experience in predictive modeling and scenario analysis.
