Operations Quality and Content Program Lead - Remote

Overview

Tilt is looking for an Operations Quality and Content Program Lead to enhance the effectiveness of our fraud, risk, and back office operations. This role involves building and maintaining essential infrastructure to ensure operations specialists and analysts are expertly trained and performing at their best.

In Short

• Refine and review onboarding and ongoing training programs for the operations team.
• Drive the advancement of the quality assurance program using AI.
• Maintain and organize internal and external knowledge bases and training materials.
• Work with Vendor Management and Compliance teams to align content and training with policies.
• Analyze escalation trends to enhance enablement programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training design and QA systems.
• 4+ years of experience in fraud and back office banking operations.
• Proven ability to support Quality Assurance efforts and provide timely feedback.
• Experience in coaching and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in instructional design and contemporary L&D technologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
