Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Instagram Content Operations Lead responsible for managing the content pipeline and automations to effectively engage with thousands of students weekly.

In Short

• Post 4–6 pieces of content daily on Instagram.
• Repurpose existing content for new posts.
• Script short-form videos for the founder.
• Set up ManyChat automations for content.
• Maximize engagement using strategic audio and text hooks.
• Oversee video edits or make quick edits as needed.
• Write effective webinar emails using templates.
• Set up email campaigns with provided training.
• Build rapport with students and gather testimonials.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO & Founder.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, particularly Instagram.
• Strong writing and copyediting skills.
• Familiarity with video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with email marketing and campaign setup.
• Knowledge of ManyChat or similar automation tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset for content ideation.
