Overview

The Assurance Manager implements Tiko’s global verified results strategy, proactively reducing risks associated with executing programs in all countries of operation.

• Implement risk management strategies to comply with donor and regulatory requirements.
• Develop control tools for identifying and verifying platform use.
• Conduct auditing and investigations to manage incidences.
• Responsible for periodic risk reporting to the organization and donors.
• Lead and develop team members, mentoring as needed.

Requirements

• A finance or risk-focused qualification (CFE, CIA, CPA, or similar).
• Understanding of operational risk management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good problem-analysis and solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Must be based in Nigeria, Zambia, Ethiopia, Kenya, or South Africa.
