Regulatory Officer (Telecom) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Regulatory Officer (Telecom) to join our global legal and regulatory team. This pivotal individual contributor role will allow you to independently manage complex regulatory matters, with an initial priority on the Latin-American (LATAM) region while supporting broader international initiatives.

You will act as a key subject matter expert on telecoms and cloud communications regulation (particularly numbering and VoIP services). This is a unique opportunity for a regulatory professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys navigating uncharted regulatory territories, and is eager to shape market strategies in a rapidly evolving digital communications landscape.

• Monitor, interpret and advise on new telecoms legislation globally with LATAM priority.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in telecoms regulation.
• Expertise in cloud communications and numbering regulation.
• Ability to act with autonomy and strategic foresight.
• Experience with telecoms regulators and licensing processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• LATAM regulatory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Legal degree or equivalent qualification required.
