Overview

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer at dLocal, you will support compliance and regulatory matters, enabling business growth while preventing regulatory and legal harm.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Maintain an effective legal and compliance function.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate with regulators.
• Draft and monitor Compliance KPIs/KRIs.
• Support regulatory and statutory audits.
• Implement compliance risk management.
• Monitor compliance risk gaps.
• Maintain a compliance calendar.
• Assist with AML & CFT deliverables.
• Facilitate processes for transaction monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or similar field; Master's is a plus.
• Experience as a Compliance Officer or Legal Advisor.
• Familiarity with LATAM regulations, especially Argentinian.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in the payments or financial industry preferred.
• Business-oriented mindset.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
