Overview

As a KYC Analyst at Tide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with KYC regulations while enhancing the member experience.

In Short

• Communicate with applicants via email.
• Review and verify member data and documentation.
• Liaise with internal compliance personnel.
• Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and member experience.
• Work weekends on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Curiosity about KYC principles and processes.
• Experience in KYC/compliance and understanding of CDD and EDD.
• Professional experience in financial services or gaming.
• Client service experience.
• Analytical skills to digest large data sets.
• Good computer literacy.
