The Junior Creative Strategist will develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives across digital platforms, collaborating with performance marketers and creative teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in advertising or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience with video and static ads for paid social platforms.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and openness to feedback.
