  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative approaches
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency thought leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably at a digital agency
  • Proven track record developing successful brand and marketing strategies
  • Experience leading creative processes and facilitating collaborative ideation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts
  • Experience in multiple disciplines (branding, UX, marketing) with the ability to connect these areas
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, with an emphasis on brand strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
