The Senior Manager, Product Operations - Pharmacy Interventions at Thyme Care is responsible for transforming the cancer care experience by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows and tools that enhance patient care and reduce costs.

• Accountable for the functionality and scalability of pharmacy interventions.
• Partner with clinical and product teams to optimize workflows.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy workflows.

• Own development of incentive models for practice participation.
• Manage reporting for leadership KPI tracking and financial accruals.
• Some travel expected (1-2 client trips per quarter).
