Overview

The Senior Project Consultant at Thunder acts as a Project Champion, managing smaller-scope projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful outcomes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

In Short

• Primary point of contact for clients on project operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years consulting experience in Salesforce implementations.
• 1-2+ years managing multiple small to midsize engagements.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or closely working with one.
• Depth in Salesforce Cloud products, especially Service and Sales Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Ability to lead multiple customer engagements.
• Passion for project management tasks.
• Success in partnering with near- and offshore resources.
• Understanding of Salesforce features and best practices.
• Consultative approach to solving customer needs.
