• Lead and scale Thumbtack’s Paid Social program.
• Manage two direct reports and serve as the go-to expert across social growth channels.
• Drive national and local campaigns with a focus on execution and leadership.
• Own tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement strategy.
• Translate customer insights into an experimentation roadmap.
• Oversee campaign management including budget pacing and audience segmentation.
• Audit and evolve the paid social tech stack.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams for performance-driven creative.
• Manage external agency and platform relationships.
• Drive executive-level reporting and translate performance into business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in paid social programs.
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets efficiently.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fast-paced growth organization.
