• Join Thumbtack's Data Engineering team to help design and curate data sets.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Build a cohesive data warehouse and integrate data best practices.
• Work with hundreds of terabytes of data to measure performance.
• Design and maintain core marketing datasets and feature stores.
• Drive data quality and best practices across business areas.
• Help build real-time data products on top of Apache Kafka.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data set and warehouse design.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and identify process improvements.
• Experience in SQL for analytics and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including BigQuery and dbt.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work.
