Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist at Thriving Center of Psychology will manage the initial engagement and intake process for new clients, ensuring their needs are met and matched with the appropriate therapist.

• Field inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online forms.
• Match clients with therapists based on their needs.
• Schedule appointments according to provider availability.
• Manage lead nurturing processes to convert inquiries into clients.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.

• Stay informed on mental health developments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic understanding of mental health challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience verifying insurance benefits preferred.
