Overview

The Thrive Vetspire Program Lead will be responsible for supporting the Thrive Vetspire Program Manager role, while working with Thrive’s internal stakeholders as well as the Vetspire team to drive efficient business outcomes.

In Short

  • Lead and manage efficiencies around all Boutique Vetspire programs.
  • Communicate and share knowledge of overlapping business needs.
  • Liaise with departments to align Vetspire initiatives.
  • Gather requirements and deliverable needs for Thrive and Vetspire teams.
  • Collaborate with Thrive Program Manager for project scope and vision.
  • Create resource plans leveraging individual contributions.
  • Participate in the QA of purchased solutions.
  • Evaluate program and project performance.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets.
  • Advocate for the adoption of Vetspire solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program and project management.
  • Knowledge of veterinary hospital operations.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis.
  • Ability to create systematic requirements specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical and statistical skills.
  • Strong technical background with Vetspire.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
