Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Virginia Licensure as an LPC in Lynchburg, VA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

• Seeking provisionally licensed LPCs in Virginia.
• Full-time availability (30 hours/week).

Requirements

• Must live and seek licensure in Virginia.
• Graduate of an approved counseling program.
• Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing preferred.
• Strong character with a commitment to quality care.
• Ability to work in a team and value autonomy.
• Flexibility in work schedule (7am–10pm, 7 days/week).
• Open to seeing couples/children.
• Must provide at least 25 client visits/week.
• Willingness to participate in monthly peer consultations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
