RBT in Training - Full Time - Remote

Overview

As a Field Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the implementation of ABA interventions and ensuring high-quality services for our clients at Therapeutic Alliance LLC.

In Short

• Provide direct ABA services and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and screenings for clients.
• Mentor and train BT and RBT staff.
• Collaborate with families and team members for comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Assist in data review and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively with the team.
• Support a caseload of RBT and BT staff.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician or able to become one within 90 days.
• At least one year of ABA or related field experience.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.
