Remote LPC Resident - Virginia

Overview

We are currently hiring full and part-time remote LPCs or LPC Residents who are licensed in the state of Virginia to join our growing team. As a Remote Outpatient Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic interventions to clients seeking mental health support.

In Short

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms.
• Complete initial Client Assessment.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' concerns effectively.
• Provide guidance, support, and practical coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Stay informed about current research and techniques.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC Resident in Virginia.
• At least one year of professional experience with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with outpatient services and mental health disorders.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications in DBT, CCTP, or others.
