Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve their problems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and other platforms.
• Basic computer skills and experience.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to listen actively and relay information.
• Customer-focused for a positive customer experience.
• MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA.
