Math Teacher - Remote

Overview

Think Academy is looking for a Part-time Remote Math Teacher to teach elementary-level mathematics virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform.

In Short

• Teach elementary-level mathematics virtually.
• Engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum.
• Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Work 12-20 hours per week, primarily during weekends or weekday afternoons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Education or STEM-related majors preferred.
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
• Elementary math competition learning or teaching experience is a plus.
• Commit to at least one whole semester starting from 2024 Spring semester.
• Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about teaching and education, responsible, and good with kids.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
