Math Teacher - Remote

Overview

We are seeking highly qualified math teachers to deliver online math courses (in English) for students in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., from Prek to grade 2. The role involves teaching according to Think Academy’s curriculum, ensuring exceptional learning outcomes and fostering a love for math among students globally.

In Short

• Conduct live, interactive online math classes for assigned prek-grade 2 students.
• Prepare lesson plans according to the Think Academy curriculum.
• Participate in regular teacher development workshops.
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on student progress.
• Collaborate with parents to track student development.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Grading homeworks and provide homework help sessions to students needed.
• Support student retention and progression by implementing Think Academy’s post-class engagement strategies.
• Attend comprehensive training sessions during the first six months.
• Flexible working arrangements and locations after the training period.

Requirements

• College Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Able to teach in English fluently, bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience, especially for young kids, preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different educational systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
