Remote Advanced Math Content Teacher

Overview

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Full-Time Remote Advanced Math Teacher to engage and teach higher elementary and middle school students from 3rd to 8th grade using innovative teaching methods.

In Short

• Teach mathematics virtually through Think Academy Teaching Platform.
• Manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum.
• Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Work 30-40 hours per week, primarily during weekends or weekday afternoons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Education or STEM-related majors preferred.
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
• Teaching experience in elementary math competitions is a plus.
• Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about teaching and education, responsible, and good with kids.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

• Teaching Fee: $30-35/hour; assigned 3-7 classes per week.
• Non-Teaching Fee: $16-20/hour for preparation and after-class services.
• Bonus: 15% Target Performance Bonus.
